With over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Nabhan Alali is a visionary Emirati chef and entrepreneur renowned for building innovative culinary brands and championing UAE cuisine on global stages. He currently serves as Sous Chef at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. His entrepreneurial journey also includes co-founding iHealthy International LLC, a thriving health food franchise, and launching numerous successful F&B brands under ENMAA Group—including Vitamin V, Indoyo, Shawarma Edger, and more. Among his most distinguished ventures is the creation of JoTohur, a luxury canapé catering brand rooted in Emirati heritage and refined hospitality. Representing the United Arab Emirates at Expo Osaka 2025, where he was selected to deliver a live cooking demonstration introducing Emirati cuisine to an international audience.
